As an Oxygen Advantage instructor, I've watched how changing the way you breathe changes the way you move, think, and feel. Functional breathing optimizes CO₂ tolerance, improves oxygen delivery, and restores healthy biomechanics. When breath becomes efficient, everything else follows.
Most people don't realize dysfunctional breathing contributes to chronic fatigue, poor posture, anxiety, and performance plateaus. Oxygen Advantage training teaches you to breathe in ways that support better movement, sharper focus, and improved endurance—whether you're freediving off Xiaoliuqiu, working at a desk in Taipei, or simply wanting to feel better in your body.

At Freedive Nomad, we've always known the ocean is a teacher—especially for trauma, fear, and emotional blocks. We've witnessed students heal and transform through the combination of breath, presence, and water.
But not everyone is ready for the ocean, and some seek emotional release on dry land. Rebirthing breathwork offers a powerful therapeutic practice rooted in the understanding that the body stores trauma. Through connected conscious breathing, stuck emotional patterns can surface and release - without needing to enter the water.
This work can be intense, but profoundly transformative - helping people process old wounds, dissolve chronic tension, and rediscover inner freedom.
We'll begin offering Rebirthing sessions in the first half of 2026, both privately and in group workshops here on Xiaoliuqiu.
